How long do I have to make a return?

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must return the item within 14 days of receiving the package.

How can I make a return?

To make a return, you will need to independently contact a courier of your choice and send the items to our office, at the address listed at the bottom of this page;

Otherwise you can make your return conveniently in store .
For returns to the physical store, no exchange will be made, but the standard return and refund procedure will apply.

IMPORTANT : Items must retain all labels (including the tag) and be in perfect condition, otherwise it will be impossible for us to accept your return and issue a refund.
The receipt is essential for the return and subsequent refund;
If you return the item online, please include it in the package; otherwise, bring it with you to the store.

Where will I receive my refund?

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase within 10 days of the items arriving at the store.

NB Only the value of the items will be refunded , not the shipping costs.
